VPC London Ltd is a growing service provider delivering professional cleaning, property maintenance and property improvement services to residential and commercial clients across London and the surrounding areas. Our services include domestic and commercial cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, painting and decorating and general property maintenance for landlords, property managers, businesses and homeowners.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to support the expansion of our client base and strengthen relationships with commercial and residential partners.
Painter And Decorator
London, UK
Responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints and supervising painting projects. Prepares site, colour matching, surface preparation and applying paint and other finishes to walls, ceilings, furniture and other surfaces. Measuring the work area to calculate the time and materials required to complete the project. Preparing the surrounding area, including covering fixtures and furniture to prevent messes. Working with other construction professionals such as, carpenters, electricians and plumbers when necessary. Preparing surfaces and hanging wallpaper to achieve a professional finish. Adding special finishes, such as varnishes or marbling, and ensuring a clean and presentable finish. consulting with clients, developing design concepts, sourcing materials, and overseeing the implementation of design plans. Understanding client needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Choosing and sourcing furniture, fabrics, lighting, and accessories. A strong sense of design and an eye for detail. Good English communication skills required.
